
The Enrollment Process
We have made joining our school as easy as possible!
- Contact us, submit ID documentation and indicate enrollment plan.
- Pay registration fee (or pay full invoice).
- Come for a free trial day if you wish.
- Pay your invoice before enrollment begins.

Fees
Registration fee – Rph 500,000 (credit towards enrollment)
- Term : Rph 17,000,000
- Semester : Rph 30,000,000 (two consecutive terms)
- Year : Rph 54,000,000 (four consecutive terms)

Enrollments starting mid-term and less than 10 weeks are subject to the weekly fees below.
Enrollments of 10 weeks or more, starting mid-term, may be subject to the termly fee for 10 weeks, with further weeks subject to the weekly fee below.
Enrollments of 20 weeks or more, starting mid-term, may be subject to the semesterly fee for 20 weeks, with further weeks subject to the weekly fee below.

Beyond 12 weeks – 30% discount applies.
One week = 5 consecutive days. Two weeks = 10 consecutive days, and so on.
Part-time option: Rph 650,000 per day, minimum five (5) days, and subject to the same early bird discounts above.

Additional Expenses and Outings
The weekly Friday outings (and overnight trips) are optional and not included in the fee, but they are subsidized (Rph 50,000). The budget for the weekly outings is approximately Rph 300,000 – 400,000 per student per week (on average it is Rph 300,000).
The cost of the overnight trips varies, at approximately Rph 700,000 – 1,000,000 per student per trip. During these outings / trips, basic snacks and/or lunches may be included in the price, while extra expenses, such as additional snacks or drinks, are not. It is advised that students have some pocket money for such expenses.
Snacks are served at 10am (fruit and pancakes), lunch is served at 12pm, with another quick snack available at 2pm. Students may bring their own food if they wish (but will follow the same schedule for snack-time and lunch-time).
Educational materials – basic stationary (pens, pencils, paper, folders, etc) and Art or Science supplies of a reasonable amount are included in the fee. If a student is continuously using large quantities of items such as paints and canvases, then the student/family may have to cover the costs.
Examinations or any further curricular registrations are not included in the fee.

Enrollment is simple. Contact the school, submit the required ID documentation, choose your enrollment plan, pay the registration fee or full invoice, and arrange a free trial day if needed. Enrollment fees must be paid before your child starts.
Yes. New students can join one free trial day, subject to availability. Trial days are usually available from Monday to Thursday and should be arranged in advance.
Families can choose term, semester or yearly enrollment. Short-term weekly enrollment is also available, with discounts for longer bookings. A part-time option is available at a daily rate, with a minimum of five days.
The fees include supervision, classes, snacks, lunch, basic educational materials, and Friday beach days. Some optional outings, overnight trips, examinations or additional curricular registrations may involve extra costs.
Absence arrangements depend on when the school is informed. If the school is notified by 3pm on the Friday before the following week, a rearrangement may be possible. Late notice absences are usually deducted from the enrollment total as usual.
No. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. However, the registration fee is used as credit towards the enrollment fee.
