The times shown here are a little flexible - this demonstrates the flow of activities through the day.
Alternating between “Active” play, “Quiet” play, Snack and Lunch breaks, this flow allows a wonderfully positive routine, a super-fun range of activities, and well-balanced energy levels.
“Active” play - Party Games, Music (& Dance), Outside Play, Rice-Field Hikes, and Pool Party Fun!
“Quiet” play - Arts, Crafts, Experiments, Piano Lessons, Cooking, Garden Exploration, Indoor Games!
Friday “Beach Day” is a late day: 12pm - 6pm. Let’s catch the sunset together!
Snacks & Lunch
- Morning snacks of fruit and pancakes, midday rice-based meal for lunch.
- Vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options are available. No MSG.
- Monday to Thursday, snack time is always at 10am, lunch time is always at 12pm, and the children sit down and eat together.
- Children always have access to more snacks (at snack time) and further helpings of lunch (at lunch time).
- Eating a satisfactory amount of food is a requirement of the program, as it has a profound effect on the children's positive approach to the group's activities. If your child doesn't eat the food provided, you may be required to provide for her/him. There is no discount if your child doesn't eat the food provided.

Fee
Weekly - Rph 2,300,000
(Five (5) days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2/3pm)
Part-time option available: 5 days spread over two weeks.
Snacks and lunch are included: Gluten-free and vegan options are available, no MSG.
Friday "Beach Day" is also included in the weekly fee.
Early-Bird Discount:
- 20% off payments made by June 21st.
Sibling Discount:
- 15% (applied to all siblings).
Longer Enrollments:
- 10% discount for two weeks.
- 12% discount for three weeks.
- Further incremental discounts with longer stays.
All payments are up front.
Trial Day (Monday to Thursday) : Rph 500,000. If taken on a Monday and your child will join for the rest of the week, this will be deducted from the weekly fee. There are limited Trial Day options: please contact us to inquire.
First come first served! There are limited spaces and if there is a waiting list, priority goes to those already attending, but failure to pay for the following week by 9am on the Friday before, will result in your child's place given to those on the waiting list. This also applies to Trial Day students.
Attendance
We all want the children to have a great time! Interactive participation is encouraged at all times :)
Children should bring a water-bottle, swim-wear, goggles and towel.
Parents are obligated to inform Joglo Clubhouse of any behavioral, developmental, medical or dietary conditions/issues of their children.
In order to provide a fun and happy experience for the children, a code of conduct is adhered to by all participants. Parents will be informed if their child/ren are warned against inappropriate behavior, and if it persists in spite of remediation, it may result in immediate discontinued attendance.

After registration, we will contact you by WhatsApp - all we need to complete enrollment is a photo ID of the child and one parent, which you can share through WhatsApp or email/cloud. Passport or KITAS will suffice (date of birth for the child is required). If you prefer to communicate by other means, please indicate on the registration form.
