Starts Monday June 29th and runs for 5 weeks.

Regular school program begins on August 3rd 

Weekly - Rph 2,300,000

(Five (5) consecutive days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2.30pm)

Daily (single): Rph 650,000 per day, subject to availability, and can only be used throughout the program period. 

Daily (multi): Rph 550,000 per day, minimum 5 days, subject to availability, and can only be used throughout the program period.

Last minute drop-ins are not accepted - the registration process must be followed as below, and availability confirmed by the school.

Snacks and lunch are included: vegan/vegetarian options are available, no MSG.

Early-Bird Discount: 

- 20% off payments made by June 12th.

- 10% off payments made by June 19th.

Sibling Discount:

- 15% (applied to all siblings).

Longer Enrollments:

- 10% discount for two weeks. 

- 12% discount for three weeks. 

- 14% discount for four weeks.

- 16% discount for five weeks.

All payments are up front.

There are no refunds - fee policy is the same as regular school enrollment.

First come first served! There are limited spaces and if there is a waiting list, priority goes to those already attending, but failure to pay for the following week by 9am on the Friday before, will result in your child's place given to those on the waiting list.

In order to ensure availability, be sure to book your child's enrollment dates in plenty of time beforehand.  Even with already paid enrollment, if you don't inform us of your intended dates of enrollment, availability may be restricted.

We all want the children to have a great time! Positive interactive participation is required at all times.

Children should bring a water-bottle, swim-wear, goggles and towel.

This is a device-free program - digital device usage (phones, tablets, laptops, etc) is prohibited. Parents can be in contact with their children via the school whatsapp. Students may have a device in their bag and if there is an emergency can contact parents, after first getting permission from the school headteacher. Device usage without permission will result in confiscation and parents will be informed. Further disregard for this policy may result in immediate discontinued enrollment without refund.

Parents are obligated to inform Joglo Clubhouse of any behavioral, developmental, medical or dietary conditions/issues of their children. Specialist assistance is not provided.  Any serious issues arising from the need for specialist assistance must be addressed by the parents, otherwise, as with neglecting to inform the school of such issues, it may result in immediate discontinued enrollment without refund.

In order to ensure a fun and happy experience for the children, a code of conduct is adhered to by all participants (outlined on the Terms & Conditions page). Parents will be informed if their child/ren are warned against inappropriate behavior, and if it persists in spite of remediation, it may result in immediate discontinued enrollment without refund. 

Contact us by Whatsapp (or any other way listed below) and send over a photo ID of your children and one parent/guardian - passports are fine (you can block out the key info on the IDs, we just need to see the full name, photo, date of birth and nationality - date of birth not required for the parent/guardian).

You can then indicate which dates you would like to enroll your children, we will confirm availability and send over an invoice. Payment is cash or bank transfer.
