Enrollments starting mid-term and less than 10 weeks are subject to the weekly fees below.

Enrollments of 10 weeks or more, starting mid-term, may be subject to the termly fee for 10 weeks, with further weeks subject to the weekly fee below.

Enrollments of 20 weeks or more, starting mid-term, may be subject to the semesterly fee for 20 weeks, with further weeks subject to the weekly fee below.

One week = 5 consecutive days. Two weeks = 10 consecutive days, and so on.

Part-time option: Rph 650,000 per day, minimum five (5) days, and subject to the same early bird discounts above.

-  Enrollment fees must be paid before enrollment begins.

-  There are no refunds.

- The registration fee is used as credit towards the enrollment fee.

-  One free trial day is available for new students.

-  Snacks/lunches are included in the fee, as are Friday beach days.

-  Supervision begins at 8.30am and ends at 2.30pm. Classes run from 9am until 2pm. Latest pick-up is 2.30pm.

- For the part-time option, the school must be informed of intended enrollment dates by latest 3pm on the Friday before.

-  Additional single days may be added to an enrollment with a minimum period of one week at Rph 650,000 per day.

-  If there is a holiday (day off), a discount of 20% per day missed will be applied to the weekly fee.

-  Student lists for the following week are finalised by Friday 3pm (the week before).

-  If the school is informed of absences for the following week by Friday 3pm (the week before), then a rearrangement for a future enrollment date is possible.

- If the school isn’t informed of an absence by the Friday 3pm the week before, it will be deducted from the enrollment total as usual.

-  In case of a medical emergency leading to an unforeseen absence, if a full diagnosis and/or medical test results from a Bali-based, legally practising doctor are presented to the school, then an enrollment date rearrangement is possible.

-  If a student is suspended due to behavioral/health issues, an enrollment date rearrangement is not possible. Please check further terms and conditions for full details regarding student behaviour, health and other requirements.

-  For full-time students, an enrollment date rearrangement is only possible in the week immediately following the original enrollment period stipulated on the invoice.

-  The school must be informed of the date of rearrangement by 3pm on Friday the week before.

-  If the student is absent on the rearranged enrollment date, including  as a result of an emergency, it counts as an attended day and is deducted from the enrollment total.

 -  Enrollment date rearrangements are subject to availability. They cannot be used as credit towards future enrollments, and are non-transferable (only available for the child on the invoice).

-  A free trial day is subject to availability, can fall on any day from Monday to Thursday, and can be arranged up until two days beforehand.

- In order to continue enrollment during the same week (after a trial day), the school must be informed in writing of the intended days of enrollment for that week before the trial day begins.

The weekly Friday outings (and overnight trips) are optional and not included in the fee, but they are subsidized (Rph 50,000). The budget for the weekly outings is approximately Rph 300,000 - 400,000 per student per week (on average it is Rph 300,000).

The cost of the overnight trips varies, at approximately Rph 700,000 - 1,000,000 per student per trip. During these outings / trips, basic snacks and/or lunches may be included in the price, while extra expenses, such as additional snacks or drinks, are not. It is advised that students have some pocket money for such expenses. 

Snacks are served at 10am (fruit and pancakes), lunch is served at 12pm, with another quick snack available at 2pm. Students may bring their own food if they wish (but will follow the same schedule for snack-time and lunch-time).

Educational materials - basic stationary (pens, pencils, paper, folders, etc) and Art or Science supplies of a reasonable amount are included in the fee. If a student is continuously using large quantities of items such as paints and canvases, then the student/family may have to cover the costs. 

Examinations or any further curricular registrations are not included in the fee.
